2025 Roseland Clubhouse Survey Results

To support future planning for the Roseland Golf Course Clubhouse, the City of Windsor conducted a
public survey to gather input from the public regarding a proposed conceptual redevelopment of the
Clubhouse at 455 Kennedy Drive West. This initiative builds on previous strategic work led by the
Roseland Golf and Curling Board, including a Strategic Business Plan and Feasibility Study completed
by GGA Partners (GGA) in 2020 and 2021.

In early 2025 the Roseland Board re-engaged with GGA to move forward with the plans for the future
clubhouse, aiming to incorporate current golfing trends into the design and construction of this
future golf course amenity. In addition, the City retained Archon Architects (Archon) Incorporated to
further develop the design concept based on the vision and recommendations of GGA.

The survey, open from July 31 to August 15, 2025, invited the public to share their thoughts on the
proposed redevelopment concept.
